Shipping Policy
Most items will ship in one to two weeks. Otherwise, we will notify you of projected shipping date. If that date is not acceptable to you, you may cancel the order.
Shipping charges are 18% of the pre-tax amount. For orders over $250, shipping is 10%. There is a minimum shipping charge of $5.
In the event of shipping damage, notify us.
Virginia customers add 5% sales tax.
On-line Ordering Instructions
Click the "My Account" button on the top navigation bar and fill in the form to create an account. If you already have an account, simply click the “LOGIN” button and login.
You will be emailed a confirmation once we receive your order. Thank you for shopping with us!
Order On-Line:
Place an order by following the on-line ordering process. Choose items which you would like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, when you click through to checkout. Simply fill in your billing, shipping and payment information, then submit your order for processing.
Security of On-line Ordering:
We regard the security of the information that you provide to us very important and confidential. We use the SSL protocol to protect the security of your online order information. This technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than our company.
Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. The way for you to tell when you are in secure mode is by checking your address bar. The "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https". If your browser does not support SSL, you can get an upgrade at Microsoft's or Netscape's home page.
